C knows her letters very well, but lately she has been mixing a few of them up. I am not sure if she is not putting much effort into reviewing with me or if she really is confusing the letters up. I decided to make a letter review today that she would have fun with and hopefully it would help settle any confusion she had.
We got out glue, paper, glitter, feathers, colored cotton balls, lentils, and split peas to make fun sensory letters. She chose lentils to make a V. She said they were the rocks coming out of the volcano which starts with V!
After she decorated the letters we came up with words that start with the letter!
Making a Yy with feather was a fun mess! I think there arestill a few little pieces flying around the house.
She picked the colored cotton balls for her Ll. she statred off with a pattern, but then decided she didn't want to continue with it.
